RETURNS

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must include invoice and all accessories (if any)

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not applicable on:

  • Customized / personalised jewellery
  • Gold jewellery (except in case of damage/defect)
  • Coins, utensils, or special collectible items (if applicable)

⚠️ However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for return/replacement.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable
  • If multiple items were delivered, all items must be returned as declared
  • In case of missing items in return, the amount may be deducted up to the product value

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection
  • Refund will be issued based on the original purchase price (invoice value)
  • Any offers, discounts, or price changes after purchase will not be considered

Refund Timeline

  • Refund is initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Amount will be credited via:
    • Original payment method
    • Bank transfer (for COD orders)

REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE

You may request:

  • Replacement (same product)
  • Exchange (different product of equal/greater value)

Conditions:

  • Same as return eligibility
  • Replacement/exchange will be processed only after return pickup or delivery is completed

Pickup & Logistics

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • You must be available to accept calls from courier partner

⚠️ If pickup fails due to unavailability:

  • Request must be re-initiated
  • Delay in processing may occur

Non-Serviceable Locations

If reverse pickup is not available:

  • You may need to self-ship the product
  • We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹70

Any additional cost beyond ₹70 may be deducted from refund.


DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCT CLAIMS

If you receive:

  • Empty parcel
  • Missing item
  • Damaged product

You must:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share a 360° unboxing video as proof

⚠️ Claims without proper evidence may not be accepted.
Final decision will be at the discretion of THE SILVERKART.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

👉 Applicable for international orders as well

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Return shipping
    • Duties & taxes

Refund will be processed after product inspection.


POLICY ABUSE & RIGHTS

THE SILVERKART reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet conditions
  • Deduct applicable charges
  • Deny repeated or suspicious return requests
